📋 Description

• Build and maintain a consistent drumbeat of positive content across Multiverse's social channels.
• Develop and execute a strategy for Multiverse's presence on learners and employer platforms.
• Own light-touch management of Multiverse's web presence, keeping key pages accurate.
• Lead our approach to SEO and AEO, identifying gaps and building content for discovery.
• Own presence in AI-generated responses with a structured AIO strategy.
• Collaborate with Comms and Brand to land content in campaigns.

• Hands-on experience managing social channels at an organisational level.
• Know the difference between content calendars and strategies; you've built both.
• Strong writer and storyteller who finds the human moment in data.
• Fluent in AI tools; balance AI-assisted vs AI-dependent publishing.
• You've worked on SEO meaningfully; can turn data into editorial priorities.
