- 1+ years experience in digital advertising
- 4-year college degree or equivalent
- Exceptional communicator; lead interdepartmental projects
- Knowledge of digital ad messaging best practices (not ad creation)
- Strong listening and professional writing skills
- Collaborative; remains composed with varied personalities
