  • Connect sales and centralized buying team; assist in client meetings and launches.
  • Pre-sale support: CNAs and pitches; provide data-driven insights.

  • Post-sale: create proposals; update live event sites; design signage; support GTM collateral.
  • Campaign setup & execution: gather targeting/geo/audience; confirm orders; coordinate with Digital Campaign Managers.
  • Monitor performance and optimize: review TapClicks data; analyze metrics; suggest improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in digital advertising
  • Exceptional communicator; lead interdepartmental projects
  • Experience with digital ad messaging best practices (does not build the ads)
  • Active listener; strong business writing and professional communication
  • Good interpersonal skills; collaborate; stay composed
  • 4-year college degree or comparable experience
