📋 Description

• Authenticate sneaker listings before sale.
• Remove unsafe or non-compliant listings.
• Ensure accurate details: size, condition, colorway, release.
• Verify proper category and description for each item.
• Identify photo manipulation or inconsistent product details.
• Respond to community and marketing moderation requests.
• Train and develop authentication skills; stay updated.
• Host training or mentorship to contribute to team learning.
• Build and improve authentication resources and hard checkpoints.
• Contribute to company OKRs and defect-rate improvement.
• Maintain sneaker knowledge across brands.
