- Own P&L and balance sheet reporting for trading and investment products
- P&L control for crypto assets and derivatives (perps, futures, options)
- Reconcile positions, trades, cash, and valuations across systems
- Investigate and resolve P&L, pricing, and position breaks with Trading/Ops/Tech
- Review fair value methodologies for traditional and digital assets
- Support month-end close with journals, accruals, and analysis
🎯 Requirements
- 5–8 years in TradFi product control or financial accounting
- Strong background in financial products or crypto accounting
- Direct experience with crypto assets, trading, or exchanges
- P&L attribution, balance sheet substantiation, valuation principles
- Strong Excel; SQL or data tools a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
