Digital Asset Manager

📋 Description

• Manage delivery of digital and print assets to platforms and vendors.
• Administer uploads to the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Structure, name, tag and store assets per client guidelines.
• Train new team members; provide first-line user support.
• Produce delivery reports and attach to JIRA tasks.
• Collaborate with PMs, QA and cross-timezone teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years as a Digital Asset Manager or asset delivery role.
• Experience with a DAM system; admin or librarian/curator preferred.
• Strong English communication; able to work with global teams.
• Detail-oriented with process-building and training material creation.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
