📋 Description

• Manage delivery of digital and print assets to platforms and the DAM.
• Administer uploads to the DAM for a major client.
• Ensure assets are structured, named, tagged, and stored per guidelines.
• Train new team members and provide first-line user support.
• Produce delivery reports and attach to relevant Jira tasks.
• Collaborate across time zones to ensure assets can be trafficked quickly.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Digital Asset Manager with asset delivery.
• Experience using a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system; admin or librarian.
• Experience working with creative, ops and account teams.
• Strong asset management with critical thinking; ability to develop training materials.
• Knowledge of asset types such as image, video, sound, font, animation, templates.
• Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication.
