- Translate performance data into strategic budget, channel, and creative recommendations
- Design and run A/B tests on creative, messaging, targeting, offers, landing pages
- Partner with an external agency to build attribution model, tracking & lift testing
π― Requirements
- 5+ years managing paid digital campaigns with strong ROI
- Expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic channels
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
- Proficient in GA, Excel/Sheets, Tableau, and campaign platforms
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and attribution modeling
- Excellent communication; collaborate with MOps, RevOps, Data, and creative
