  • Own end-to-end campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok for US & international markets
  • Partner with MOps & RevOps to connect paid pipeline to revenue & optimize conversions
  • Create single source of truth for paid performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, pipeline)
  • Translate performance data into strategic budget, channel, and creative recommendations
  • Design and run A/B tests on creative, messaging, targeting, offers, landing pages
  • Partner with an external agency to build attribution model, tracking & lift testing

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years managing paid digital campaigns with strong ROI
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic channels
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
  • Proficient in GA, Excel/Sheets, Tableau, and campaign platforms
  • Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and attribution modeling
  • Excellent communication; collaborate with MOps, RevOps, Data, and creative
