As a Staff User Experience Designer at DigiCert, you will lead the UX design of our enterprise-grade certificate management platform, collaborating with product and engineering to craft intuitive, accessible experiences for security professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design for the enterprise platform and related products
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define user journeys and interactions
• Develop and maintain the design system and contribute to component libraries
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive demos
• Conduct user research and usability testing; synthesize findings into actionable design improvements
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design across products
• Mentor and guide junior designers and contribute to design reviews

Requirements

• Senior-level UX design experience with a strong portfolio, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or comparable platforms
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and style guides
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
