Job summary
As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in combining technical expertise with strong sales acumen to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across a defined portfolio of customer and partner accounts.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with customers, partners, and Account Managers to deliver business value, conduct demos and POC/Vs, and contribute to the success of bids and tenders. You will provide end-to-end technical and business value guidance—before and during the sales cycle—ensuring customer requirements are met with tailored, innovative solutions.
Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will be a key point of contact for clients, offering strategic insight and hands-on support. You'll also work closely with cross functional teams to align solutions with customer needs and organizational goals.
