Senior Technical Product Manager – DigiCert

Overview

DigiCert is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of its security products, including PKI, TLS/SSL, and certificate management offerings. This is a remote role within the United States, with the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with cross‑functional teams across the company.

What you'll do

• Define product vision, roadmaps, and strategy for DigiCert’s security products; translate customer needs and market trends into clear, actionable requirements.
• Partner with engineering, design, security, sales, and support to deliver high-impact features on time and with quality.
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and competitive insights to inform prioritization and backlog management.
• Prioritize features, write detailed user stories, and establish success metrics to measure product impact.
• Lead go-to-market planning, pricing, and partnership discussions in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure security, regulatory, and compliance requirements are embedded in product design and delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in software or cybersecurity environments.
• Technical background in security, cryptography, PKI, TLS/SSL, or related areas; experience with APIs is a plus.
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering customer-centric products.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
