- Configure and maintain Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (RCA), and Experience Cloud
- Build and optimize record-triggered Flows, validations, permission sets, and page layouts
- Refactor legacy automations (Workflow/Process Builder) into performant Flows with subflows
- Support quoting and contracting processes; troubleshoot RCA, approvals, and document generation
- Partner with the Lead Salesforce Admin on governance, UAT, and release cadence
- Maintain documentation (metadata catalog, decision records, deployment notes)
🎯 Requirements
- 3–5+ years of Salesforce administration in enterprise orgs
- Advanced declarative skills (Flows, automation, Data Model, Sharing) and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with CPQ/Revenue Cloud; Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort in release-managed environments
- Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, CPQ Specialist)
- Jira/Confluence experience
