📋 Description

  • Configure and maintain Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (RCA), and Experience Cloud
  • Build and optimize record-triggered Flows, validations, permission sets, and page layouts
  • Refactor legacy automations (Workflow/Process Builder) into performant Flows with subflows
  • Support quoting and contracting processes; troubleshoot RCA, approvals, and document generation
  • Partner with the Lead Salesforce Admin on governance, UAT, and release cadence
  • Maintain documentation (metadata catalog, decision records, deployment notes)

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of Salesforce administration in enterprise orgs
  • Advanced declarative skills (Flows, automation, Data Model, Sharing) and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with CPQ/Revenue Cloud; Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort in release-managed environments
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, CPQ Specialist)
  • Jira/Confluence experience
