Renewals Sales Specialist (German Speaker)

Overview

DigiCert is seeking a Renewals Sales Specialist who is fluent in German to join our global sales team in Port Elizabeth. In this role you will manage renewal opportunities for DigiCert customers, drive revenue through renewals and upsell opportunities, and provide excellent German-language support to customers. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ensure timely renewals and accurate quotes.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal opportunities from existing DigiCert customers and close renewals.
• Communicate with customers in German to understand renewal needs and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ensure on-time renewals and renewals pipeline.
• Prepare renewal quotes, process approvals, and update CRM with activities.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with product/sales teams.
• Maintain accurate records of renewal activity and forecast.

Requirements

• Fluent German (spoken and written); English proficiency.
• Prior experience in renewals, sales, or customer success in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Port Elizabeth.
