Role Overview
Presales Solutions Engineer (German Speaker) will work with sales and engineering to design, demonstrate, and position DigiCert’s security solutions for enterprise customers in Europe. The role is based in Europe with remote options.
What you'll do
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and technical presentations in German and English.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to map customer requirements to DigiCert solutions.
- Respond to technical inquiries, RFPs, and contribute to proposal development.
- Create and deliver proof-of-concept materials and technical content.
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to improve offerings.
- Travel as needed to engage with customers.
What we look for
- Fluent German and English communication skills.
- Experience in PKI/SSL/TLS or related cybersecurity fields.
- Experience in presales, field engineering, or technical sales support.
- Strong presentation and customer-facing skills.
