Presales Solutions Engineer (German Speaker)

Job Summary

DigiCert is seeking a Senior Presales Solutions Engineer who can fluently communicate in German to support our German-speaking customers. In this role you will combine deep technical knowledge with strong communication to design and demonstrate DigiCert security solutions, support the sales cycle, and translate customer requirements into scalable PKI/TLS deployments. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Technical teams to deliver compelling demonstrations and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations to customers in German
• Architect security solutions using DigiCert PKI and TLS offerings
• Respond to RFPs and provide technical content for proposals
• Collaborate with Sales to qualify opportunities and define customer requirements
• Work with Professional Services and Customer Success to ensure successful deployment
• Stay up-to-date with DigiCert product roadmap and competitive landscape
• Travel as needed within Europe to meet with customers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, PKI, TLS, or related field
• Fluent German and professional English communication
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into technical designs
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and modern identity/security frameworks
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP) are a plus
