Overview
DigiCert is seeking a results-driven Major Account Manager to lead the growth and success of our strategic enterprise customers in the UK and surrounding regions. In this role you will own the end-to-end relationship for assigned accounts, drive renewals, expand adoption, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver security solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of major accounts; develop account plans and growth strategies
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships; understand business goals and security challenges
- Forecast, track, and achieve revenue targets; drive renewals and upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Product teams to tailor solutions
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline; report on progress and risks
- Represent DigiCert in the market, staying current on competitor activity and market trends
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software or cybersecurity/SaaS sales, with a proven track record of closing large deals
- Demonstrated success in managing strategic accounts and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of digital security concepts (SSL/TLS, PKI, certificate management)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel as required
