Job summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Program Manager to lead and manage high-impact HR initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing programs that support our people strategy - including talent development, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, and strategic change initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator, communicator, and project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you will do
- Program Management: Design, implement, and manage end-to-end HR programs (e.g., performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, learning & development initiatives, onboarding optimization).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, DEI, Compensation, and business leaders to align program goals with organizational objectives.
- Data & Metrics: Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to support program adoption, including stakeholder communication, training, and feedback loops.
- Technology & Tools: Work with HRIS/IT teams to optimize HR systems and tools that support program delivery (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, CultureAmp).
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure programs are compliant with labor laws, internal policies, and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate program outcomes and continuously iterate based on feedback and evolving business needs.
- Communication: Ability to effectively communicate and bring stakeholders together to drive high outcomes.
What you will have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years managing cross-functional programs or projects.
- Strong understanding of HR disciplines: performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, etc.
- Proven project management experience; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with HR systems and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Workday).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in a matrixed or global organization.
- Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies.
- Experience managing DEI, HR transformation, or talent strategy programs.
