Dietary Assistant (Kitchen Aide)

📋 Description

• Assist the Registered Dietitian in safe, therapeutic nutrition services.
• Maintain storage standards for vendor-prepared food prior to meal service.
• Measure and record food temperatures during delivery and before serving.
• Prepare and plate meals per dietary cards for diets and needs.
• Label and date perishable foods in refrigerators/freezers.
• Record inventory and place orders for replacements as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• CA ServSafe and Food Handlers Certification.
• One year of experience in food service or preparation.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Obtain CPR and First Aid within 180 days of hire; preferred at hire.
