Dietary Assistant (Kitchen Aide)

📋 Description

• Assist Registered Dietitian in safe, therapeutic nutrition services for WelbeHealth participants.
• Maintain storage standards for vendor-prepared food prior to meal service.
• Measure and record food temperatures during delivery and before serving per policy.
• Prepare and plate meals per dietary cards for specific diets, preferences, and needs.
• Label and date perishable food in refrigerators/freezers, ensuring freshness.
• Record inventory of dishes, silverware, food, and cleaning supplies; place orders for replacements as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• CA ServSafe and Food Handler Certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in food service or preparation.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid within 180 days; CPR/First Aid on hire preferred.
