Assist RD in providing safe, therapeutic nutrition for WelbeHealth participants
Maintain storage standards of vendor-prepared food prior to meal service
Measure and record food temperatures during delivery and before serving
Prepare and plate food per dietary cards for diets, preferences, and special needs
Label and date perishable foods in fridges/freezers; ensure freshness
Record inventory and place orders for replacements as needed

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
CA ServSafe and Food Handler Certification
At least 1 year of food service or preparation experience
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; certification preferred at hire
