Assist the Registered Dietitian in providing safe, therapeutic nutrition services.
Maintain storage standards of vendor-prepared food before meal service.
Measure and record food temperatures on delivery and before serving.
Prepare and plate food per dietary cards for diets, preferences, and needs.
Label and date perishable food in refrigerators/freezers.
Record inventory and place orders for replacements.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
CA ServSafe and Food Handlers Certification
Minimum of one year of experience in food service
Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
CPR and First Aid within 180 days of hire; certification preferred at hire
