- Assist the Registered Dietitian in providing safe, therapeutic nutrition services for WelbeHealth participants.
- Maintain acceptable storage standards of vendor-prepared food prior to meal service.
- Measure and record food temperatures on delivery and before serving per policy.
- Prepare and plate meals following dietary cards for specific diets and needs.
- Label and date all perishable food in refrigerators/freezers, including home-delivery meals.
- Record inventory on dishes, silverware, and supplies; place replacement orders as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- CA ServSafe and Food Handlers Certification
- Minimum of one year of experience in food service or preparation
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Must obtain CPR and First Aid within 180 days of hire; CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred
