Produce sub-micron tolerance diamond-turned parts at production volumes
Follow defined work instructions and maintain a safe work environment
Maintain machine uptime by addressing alarms and out-of-tolerance issues
Use metrology tools including CMMs, optical microscopes and Zygo interferometers
Document data entry, work tracking and effective communication
Collaborate with teams to push manufacturing boundaries

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years using precision hand tools and metrology equipment
Experience with sub-micron tolerance parts and inspection
CNC lathe experience
Understanding of optics manufacturing and metrology
2+ years in precision/electro-mechanical manufacturing
