Manufacture sub-micron diamond-turned parts at production volumes
Collaborate with engineering to develop new diamond-turned products and processes
Continuously improve production process to maximize throughput, yield, and uptime
Maintain maximum machine uptime by troubleshooting off-nominal issues
Follow defined work instructions, process controls, and maintain a safe work environment
Utilize metrology tools (CMMs, Zygo interferometers) for accuracy

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certificate
3+ years of experience operating diamond turning lathes
Experience using GD&T to produce precision optics
