Collaborate with engineering to develop diamond turning products and processes
Continuously improve production to maximize throughput, yield, and uptime
Maintain machine uptime by troubleshooting alarms and tooling
Follow defined work instructions, process controls and maintain a safe work environment
Use metrology tools including CMMs, optical microscopes and Zygo interferometers
Change tooling following defined processes

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
3+ years operating diamond turning lathes
Experience using GD&T to produce precision optics
