📋 Description

• Advise clients with personalized consultations on VRAI diamonds; close sales.
• Manage lead pipeline and schedule virtual/in-person appointments.
• Deliver first-class service in showroom and remotely within the luxury team.
• Collaborate with showroom and virtual teams on clienteling and design.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams on launches, events, and hosting.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to close sales in high-volume retail; diamonds experience required.
• Jewelry background; Certified Gemologist preferred.
• Independent, motivated, organized; strong writing and interpersonal skills.
• People-person, compassionate, patient; tech-savvy.
• Available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
