Diamond Foundry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts for the growing brand, VRAI. This role is crucial as you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent who embody the brand and deliver an unparalleled customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic, relationship-driven professional with a deep understanding of the unique demands of both high-end luxury and fast-paced retail environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, including in-store staff and corporate positions in merchandising, marketing, operations, and more.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with candidates to showcase our company culture and brand story, while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates, leveraging a variety of channels including industry-specific job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their unique needs, define job requirements, and create compelling job descriptions that attract top-tier talent.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, industry passion, and ability to provide an elevated client experience; track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring processes.
  • Requirements

  • +5 years of experience as a recruiter, with a proven track record of success in the retail and/or luxury sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the retail landscape, including the differences in skill sets required for high-volume, customer-centric retail versus the relationship-building and brand storytelling of luxury.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Lever and Rippling.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
