🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field.
7+ years in industrial machinery, semiconductor, or high-tech equipment.
3+ years of people management in production/ops.
Fluent in English; strong communication and leadership skills.
