🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in engineering; 5+ years manufacturing experience.
Experience in equipment manufacturing or assembly lines; automation a plus.
Proven process improvement and equipment optimization; track record of gains.
English and Spanish fluency; 3 months on-site training in US/Trujillo.
Lean methods (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) desired.
