- Plan, manage, and execute Fab facility projects incl. expansions, equipment installs, and utility upgrades.
- Oversee UPS, PCW, UHP gas, DI water, CDA, and HVAC for Fab operations.
- Manage contractors/vendors: bidding, scope, performance, on-time and within budget.
- Coordinate construction and maintenance; ensure safety, EU directives, and env regs.
- Use AutoCAD or similar to design layouts, piping diagrams, and electrical schematics.
🎯 Requirements
- BS in Mechanical/Mechatronics or related; 3–5 years in facilities project engineering in high-tech manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of Fab utility systems: UPS, PCW, UHP gas, DI water, CDA, HVAC.
- Experience with construction/expansions/modifications; knowledge of building codes and safety and environmental regs.
- Proven experience in contractor/vendor management: negotiation, scheduling, compliance, oversight.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software.
