Collaborate with Spain, EU, and US engineering teams on prototypes and installs.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related).
8+ yrs in industrial machinery or semiconductor equipment; 3+ yrs people mgmt.
Hands-on with mech/electrical systems; vacuum, CVD/PVD, automation.
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Strong leadership with scale-up experience.
