To support our rapid growth and evolution, VRAI is seeking a Client Experience Advisor to join our team. This position will be responsible for ensuring unparalleled client experience, and prompt problem resolution. The ideal candidate will have a background in direct-to-consumer or start-up environments, would describe themselves as intrinsically motivated, and is excited about helping and building relationships with clients every step of the way. This is a remote position and will require weekend availability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide seamless and empathetic client support across phone, chat, text, and email while problem-solving efficiently.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of VRAI’s products, policies, and services to assist clients with jewelry selection and care.
  • Track and communicate client concerns, issues, and recommendations within the CX platform.
  • Build and nurture client relationships beyond issue resolution.
  • Oversee repairs, returns, shipping investigations, and made-to-order tracking while upholding VRAI’s brand values.
  • Requirements

  • Experience in e-commerce or retail sales with phone-based client service.
  • Strong sales ability in a high-volume environment with excellent communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving start-up setting.
  • High emotional intelligence, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond, including weekend availability.
