Job Description

Dialpad is seeking a Senior Web Producer to lead the production of web content and editorial workflows that showcase our product and brand. In this role you will partner with product, design, and marketing teams to deliver high‑quality web experiences.

What you'll do

Plan and manage end-to-end web content production for product and marketing pages.
Collaborate with product, design, content, and engineering teams to translate requirements into engaging web experiences.
Manage CMS workflows, metadata, SEO optimization, accessibility, and performance standards.
Maintain editorial calendars, content inventories, and governance processes.
Analyze page performance and iterate based on data and feedback.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in web production, digital publishing, or content management.
Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful, Drupal) and basic web technologies (HTML/CSS; familiarity with JavaScript).
Excellent written and verbal communication and strong project management skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
