Sr. Paid Media Manager, Search at Dialpad
Dialpad is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to own and optimize our paid search programs across core channels. You will design and execute data-driven strategies, manage budgets, and continuously improve ROAS through testing and optimization. This role partners with Marketing, Product, and Analytics to drive scalable growth for Dialpad.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and day-to-day execution of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other search engines.
- Manage budgets, bid strategies, and automation to maximize acquisition at target CAC/ROAS.
- Write compelling ad copy, create and test keyword strategies, and optimize landing pages for conversions.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics; deliver actionable insights and regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams on launches and optimization efforts.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices to continuously improve programs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of paid search or performance marketing experience with a track record of high-ROI campaigns.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising; familiarity with Meta/Programmatic networks is a plus.
- Strong analytics skills and experience with GA4, Looker Studio, or equivalent tooling.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
