Overview

Dialpad is seeking a Solutions Architect, Partner Professional Services to design and deliver Dialpad-based solutions for strategic partners. In this role you will translate complex requirements into scalable architectures, lead technical discussions, and guide deployments from discovery to completion.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery sessions with partners and customers
Design, document, and present Dialpad-based solutions (UCaaS/VoIP) and integrations with partner systems
Develop reference architectures, deployment guides, migration plans, and best practices
Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Partner Engineering to drive successful outcomes
Provide hands-on engineering guidance during deployments and post-implementation support
Create proofs-of-concept and assist in pre-sales activities to secure opportunities
Mentor partner teams and contribute to enablement materials
Travel as needed to customer sites or partner events

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or equivalent, preferably in UCaaS/VoIP and cloud communications
Deep knowledge of Dialpad or similar modern communications platforms; strong API experience and integration capability with CRM/ISV ecosystems
Experience with cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong understanding of network design, security, identity, SSO, and enterprise-grade reliability
Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
