Senior Product Manager, Omnichannel

Overview

Dialpad is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Omnichannel product area. In this role, you will define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for omnichannel experiences across Dialpad's products. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Customer Success to build features that improve customer engagement and drive business impact. You will be data-driven, customer-obsessed, and able to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Omnichannel experiences.
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements, write PRDs, and prioritize the backlog.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Establish and monitor success metrics; run experiments and analyze results to inform decisions.
• Communicate status, trade-offs, and progress to executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or communications; omnichannel experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL or data visualization; comfortable with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
