About the Role

Senior Manager, Partner Professional Services leads the partner services program for Dialpad, owning the strategy and delivery of professional services across the partner ecosystem. You will drive successful partner-led implementations, enable partners with training and tools, and collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to accelerate growth. This is an on-site role based in Kitchener, Canada, reporting to the Head of Partner Services. You will lead a small, high-performance team, define delivery standards, manage budgets and timelines, and build scalable processes for partner delivery.

  • Define and execute the partner services strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead and develop a team of partner services professionals and program managers
  • Ensure successful delivery of Dialpad implementations through partners, including governance, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with Sales, Channel Partnerships, and Customer Success to maximize joint outcomes
  • Establish KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop partner enablement programs, training, and tools to accelerate adoption

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of partner services engagements
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across partners, customers, and internal teams
  • Monitor project performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Forecast resource needs and manage budgets for partner projects
  • Promote best practices in project management and service delivery

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in partner services, channel programs, or professional services within SaaS/cloud communications
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale programs
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Project management experience; PMP or equivalent is a plus
  • Data-driven decision making and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel as needed
