Role overview
Dialpad is seeking a Renewals Manager to lead the renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of customers in Pasig City, Philippines. You will drive revenue retention, negotiate renewals, and identify expansion opportunities to maximize customer value.
Responsibilities
- Own renewal lifecycle for assigned accounts, including contract renewal timing, pricing, and negotiation.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and ensure successful renewals.
- Monitor churn risk and implement mitigation strategies to protect and grow revenue.
- Define and track renewal metrics, forecasting accuracy, and renewal pipeline.
- Coordinate with Legal and Billing to execute favorable renewal terms and smooth contract execution.
- Maintain accurate renewal data in CRM and provide regular reporting to management.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in renewals, revenue operations, customer success, or SaaS sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight) and billing platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to drive renewal decisions.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
