🎯 Requirements

- Experience with Smartsheet or similar project-tracking tool.
- Thorough project hygiene; track hours and tasks.
- Lead project meetings; manage multiple customer projects.
- Expertise with Office 365, G-Suite, Salesforce, Jira.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Support, CS, Marketing, Product.
- Executive communication with C-level; escalation/change management.
