🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical SaaS experience.
  • PMP/PMI certification a plus.
  • 5-7 years PM experience, preferably in VoIP/CCaaS/Telephony.
  • Experience with Smartsheet or similar project-tracking tool.
  • Thorough project hygiene; track hours and tasks.
  • Lead project meetings; manage multiple customer projects.
  • Expertise with Office 365, G-Suite, Salesforce, Jira.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Support, CS, Marketing, Product.
  • Executive communication with C-level; escalation/change management.
