About the role
Dialpad is seeking an on-site Orders Analyst in Buenos Aires, Argentina to help manage the order-to-cash process. You will ensure accurate order entry, pricing, and coordination across Sales, Finance and Operations to meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Process and track customer orders from receipt to delivery
- Verify pricing, terms, and discounts; obtain necessary approvals
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance and Logistics to ensure timely fulfillment
- Maintain accurate order records in ERP/CRM systems
- Generate operational reports and dashboards; identify process improvements
- Support revenue recognition and invoicing processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of order management or related experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ERP/CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- On-site in Buenos Aires, Argentina
