Dialpad is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, configuration, and administration of our HRIS programs. This role partners with HR, IT, and payroll to ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, and secure access across the organization.

Responsibilities

Own the HRIS roadmap and ongoing system configuration enhancements
Manage data governance, security roles, access controls, and data privacy compliance
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT to implement changes and ensure data accuracy
Develop dashboards and reporting to inform leadership decisions
Lead system upgrades, integrations, and vendor relationships

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field
5+ years of HRIS or HR systems administration experience
Strong data management, analytics, and reporting skills
Project management and stakeholder management abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration across teams
