Overview
Dialpad is seeking a CX Enablement Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver technical training for our Customer Experience teams. This on-site role is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and CX Operations to ensure training materials enable product adoption and improved customer outcomes.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver technical training on Dialpad CX solutions, features, integrations, and workflows.
- Develop training materials, including user guides, quick-start tutorials, videos, and knowledge base articles.
- Coach and mentor CX agents and internal staff to improve product knowledge and support results.
- Assess training needs, define KPIs, and measure impact through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to stay current with new features and translate them into practical training.
- Lead live trainings, webinars, and train-the-trainer sessions; manage scheduling and logistics.
- Maintain and improve the Dialpad knowledge base and enablement resources.
Requirements
- Experience in technical training or enablement within a SaaS or cloud communications environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex concepts into practical guidance.
- Familiarity with CX processes and tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and creating engaging training videos.
- Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams.
