Overview
Dialpad is seeking an Advanced Service Partner Support Engineer - Tier 3 to join our team in Kitchener, Canada. This role provides high-level technical support to our partner ecosystem, resolving complex issues and guiding deployments of Dialpad's cloud communications solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support to Dialpad's service partners
- Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Lead deployment guidance, configuration, and integration with Dialpad products
- Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and knowledge transfer
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base content
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure partner success
Requirements
- 3+ years in technical support, field engineering, or a related role
- Experience with VoIP, SIP, cloud communications, and networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and APIs
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
