Develop and implement the applicable sourcing strategy.
Aid production by troubleshooting order execution to ensure customer success.
Interface with machine shops, sheet metal shops, internal staff, management, and customers.
Lead special projects to expand the manufacturing partner network and capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field preferred.
2+ years in engineering and manufacturing environment
1-2 years of manufacturing engineering experience with focus on Injection Molding
Knowledge of GD&T and inspection/QA practices
3D CAD modeling experience; SolidWorks preferred
Experience working with suppliers, OEM equipment providers, and customers
