- Develop and implement the applicable sourcing strategy.

- Collaborate with OEM equipment makers and internal teams to drive improvements.
- Support DFM goals by aligning suppliers and customers on CAD/manufacturing requirements.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, technical or related field preferred.
- 2+ years in engineering and manufacturing environment.
- 1-2 years manufacturing engineering focus on Injection Molding.
- Knowledge of GD&T and inspection/QA practices.
- 3D CAD modeling experience; SolidWorks preferred.
- Experience with suppliers, OEM equipment providers, and customers; DFM focus.
