Develop and implement the applicable sourcing strategy.
Aid production in troubleshooting order execution to ensure customer success.
Interface directly with machine shops, sheet metal fabrication shops, internal staff and customers.
Lead special projects to expand partner network and improve core competencies.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering or related field preferred.
2+ years in engineering/manufacturing environment.
1-2 years manufacturing engineering experience focused on Injection Molding.
3D CAD modeling experience; SolidWorks preferred.
Knowledge of GD&T and inspection/QA practices.
Experience with suppliers, OEM equipment providers, and customers.
