π― Requirements
- 2+ years IT support or systems administration in Mac-only, remote-first environment.
- Hands-on with Google Workspaces admin console and SSO; Office 365.
- Experience with Zoom, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub access/permissions.
- Familiar with SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS compliance.
- Experience assisting with security questionnaires for sales enablement.
- Strong IAM knowledge; excellent written and verbal communication; self-starter.
