🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years service desk or technical support experience
- 3+ years experience in a financial services environment
- 1+ year experience with Gearset and Salesforce deployments
- Experience with Git/version control for deployments
- Prior system administration or software configuration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
