Build and maintain the core AIOps infra, including monitoring and alerting.
Optimize internal R&D infra (GitLab, Nexus, Sonar, etc.).
Manage multi-cloud monitoring, alert governance, and cost visuals (Alibaba Cloud / AWS).
Support cloud security operations: alert management and compliance auditing.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years DevOps or SRE experience; AIOps/observability a plus.
Proficient in Python; familiar with Go or Java.
Hands-on with Alibaba Cloud or AWS; familiar with CloudWatch/CloudMonitor.
Familiar with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stacks.
Experience maintaining CI/CD toolchains (GitLab CI, Nexus, container registries).
Good written and verbal English.
