Design, build, and maintain scalable backends for on-prem and cloud deployments
Develop tooling to package, test, and deliver self-hosted releases
Work across Go, Java, Python, and Bazel to build reproducible builds and pipelines
Partner with customers to translate infra constraints into deployment architectures
Build and optimize services for high-volume analytics in constrained or isolated envs
Improve reliability, observability, and upgradeability for distributed deployments

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in high-performance backend systems
Interest in AI/LLM ecosystem and curiosity to learn
Experience building/operating highly complex platforms
Knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes
Familiarity with packaging, release engineering, Bazel
Autonomy and ownership in a small, fast-moving team
